zeon Privacy Policy
This page describes what we collect when you use zeon and how we keep that data protected. We take your privacy seriously — every piece of information you share with us, from your email address to your payment method, is encrypted and stored on secured servers. Our policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who has access to it, and what rights you have over your own information.
We operate zeon in supported jurisdictions where local law permits. Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, but we comply with data-protection standards regardless of where your data physically resides. If you have questions about how we handle your information, this policy answers them. If you need clarification beyond what's written here, our support team can be reached through your account menu.
We update this policy when our practices change or when law requires it. We notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on zeon. Your continued use of zeon after a policy update means you accept the new terms.
What Data We Collect on zeon
We collect information in three categories: account data, transaction data, and behavioural data. Account data includes your email, password hash (never the password itself), full name, date of birth, phone number, and address. We require this information to verify your identity (KYC) and comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
Transaction data includes every deposit and withdrawal you make on zeon. We log the date, amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and status. We keep this record for accounting and fraud prevention. If you dispute a transaction, we use this log to investigate.
Behavioural data includes which games you play (football betting on Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League; live-dealer Card Games; slots; esports), how often you log in, and which features you use. We use this data to improve zeon — for example, if most users access zeon from mobile during Liga 1 match-weeks, we optimise our mobile interface for that use case.
- KYC verification
- We collect identity documents (national ID, passport, or driver's license) to verify you are who you claim to be. This is required by law before we allow withdrawals.
- Payment processor data
- When you deposit via mobile banking or local payment, those companies share transaction confirmation with us. We do not store your online payment or e-wallet password.
- Device and IP data
- We log your IP address and device type (phone, tablet, desktop) to detect unusual login patterns and protect your account from unauthorised access.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data for five purposes: account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service improvement. Account management means we use your email to send you login links, password resets, and account notifications. Payment processing means we share your transaction details with payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment gateways, and banks) so they can complete your deposit or withdrawal.
Fraud prevention means we analyse your login patterns, deposit frequency, and withdrawal requests to detect suspicious activity. If you suddenly request a very large withdrawal from a new device in a new city, we may ask for additional verification before processing. This protects you from account takeover.
Legal compliance means we may share your data with regulators, tax authorities, or law enforcement if required by law. We do this reluctantly and only when legally compelled. Service improvement means we use anonymised data (data stripped of your name and contact details) to understand how zeon is used and where we can improve.
We do not sell your data
We never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We share data only with payment processors, fraud-prevention services, and legal authorities when required by law.
Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing
We work with third-party companies to operate zeon. Payment processors (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) receive your transaction details. Fraud-prevention services receive your IP address and device data. Email providers receive your email address so we can send you account notifications. Cloud hosting providers store your encrypted data on their servers.
All third-party processors sign data-protection agreements with us. They are forbidden from using your data for their own marketing or sharing it with other companies. If a processor is breached, we notify you within 72 hours as required by law.
Your Rights and Data Access
You have the right to access all data we hold about you. Log into your zeon account and navigate to Settings → Data & Privacy → Download My Data. We will email you a complete archive of your account information, transaction history, and behavioural data within 7 days.
You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your address or phone number is wrong, update it in your account settings. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data, though we may retain transaction records for legal and tax purposes. You have the right to object to certain uses of your data — for example, if you do not want us to use your behavioural data for service improvement, you can opt out through your privacy settings.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can file a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan can contact Indonesia's data-protection regulator. We will cooperate fully with any investigation.
Cookies, Security, and Policy Updates
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences (language, theme, favourite leagues). Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but zeon may not function properly without them. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
We protect your data with encryption (TLS/SSL for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest), two-factor authentication, and regular security audits. Our servers are monitored 24/7 for intrusions. If we discover a breach, we notify affected users immediately and work with law enforcement to investigate.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years after closure for legal and tax purposes. After 7 years, we delete your data unless law requires us to keep it longer. During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Imlek, our data-retention schedule does not change — we maintain the same security and access controls year-round.
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact our support team through your account menu. We answer in English and respond within 48 hours. This policy is effective as of the date shown at the bottom of zeon's website. We reserve the right to update it at any time.
