Download and install zeon
- Download the zeon APK from our website (Android) or visit our web version on Safari (iOS).
- On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Unknown Sources and enable installation from unverified sources.
- Open the downloaded APK file and follow the on-screen prompts to install.
- Launch the app, create your account, and deposit via your preferred payment method.
We offer three installation paths to suit your device and preference. Android users download our APK file directly from zeon; the file is signed with our developer certificate, which you can verify in your device settings under App Info. iOS users add our web version to the home screen using Safari's "Add to Home Screen" option, which creates a bookmarked icon that opens our mobile-optimised site. Desktop and tablet users can access zeon through any modern browser without installation.
Certificate verification on zeon
Android devices may warn that the APK comes from an unknown source. Our certificate matches our official developer ID; you can verify it by opening the APK properties after download. Never trust an APK from a third-party link.
Android app installation requires enabling "Unknown Sources" in your device settings. This is a standard Android security step that allows you to install apps from outside the Google Play Store. zeon does not appear on Play Store because of regional payment restrictions; our direct APK method ensures we control the version and updates you receive. After installation, the app updates automatically when we release new builds. iOS users do not need to enable any special setting; adding our site to the home screen works like saving any web bookmark.
Account setup and security on zeon
After installation, you create a zeon account using email, username, password, and mobile number. We send a verification link to your email; click it to unlock deposit and betting functions. Next, we guide you through Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which requires a photo ID (national ID, passport, or driver's licence) and a proof of address dated within the last three months. This step takes a few minutes and protects your account from fraud and your withdrawals from regulatory delays.
Once KYC is confirmed, you can deposit funds via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfers from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. On weak or patchy connections, the app switches to low-data mode, reducing image quality and disabling video live streams; you can manually toggle this in Settings. The app works on tablets, smartphones, and even smartwatches with a browser, though smaller screens may compress the betting slip interface slightly.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the APK file does not install on Android, first check that unknown sources are enabled (Settings → Apps → Unknown Sources). Next, verify your device storage is not full; clearing cache via Settings → Apps → App Storage sometimes frees space. If the APK is corrupted, delete it and re-download from zeon. On iOS, if the web app does not save to the home screen, try clearing Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data), then re-add the bookmark. If you see a certificate warning on Android, do not proceed unless the certificate fingerprint matches our published ID, available on our FAQ page. Data, permissions, and privacy on zeon
The zeon app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, storage (to cache match data and images), and notifications (for fixture alerts and withdrawal updates). We do not access your contacts, camera, or microphone. All personal data — username, email, KYC documents, payment history — is encrypted in transit and stored on our servers with role-based access controls. We keep withdrawal records for audit compliance and never share your data with third parties except for fraud detection and legal requests. You can download or delete your account data via Settings → Privacy → Data Export on zeon; deletion is permanent and closes all associated bets.
